Customer Support Engineer (Field Service)
Qualification – Graduation, B-Tech, Diploma
12th pass with good technical experience
Salary / Benefits: – 14K + TA + Insurance (For Freshers) 16K to 24K + TA + Insurance (For Exp.) Incentive will be additional, based on closure (Upto 5K).
A field support engineer provides on-site technical support to install, troubleshoot, and maintain hardware and software for clients at their locations. This role involves performing installations, conducting repairs, diagnosing and resolving technical issue.

Field Service Engineer – Robotic support
Salary – INR 14,000 + insurance +TA
The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for the installation, operation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and breakdown support of Kody Robots at customer sites. This role ensures smooth operations and maximum uptime of the deployed robotic systems.
Skills & Qualifications
ITI / Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering.
0 -1 years of experience in field service, robotics, automation, or similar domains.
Knowledge of electrical wiring, mechanical assembly, and basic programming.
Good communication and customer-handling abilities.
